First Young Paraguayan Society Workshop 2019

On June 29 in the city of Asunción, Paraguay the event called “First Young SPO Workshop” (Paraguayan Society of Young Ophthalmologists) was held for the first time and it was a big success. Residents of Ophthalmology and Ophthalmologists under 40 years presented clinical cases in front of a jury and the general public.

The Inaugural PAAO-YO program in Cancun

This year the Pan-American Congress of Ophthalmology meeting had a touch of innovation as the PAAO-YO Committee, lead by Drs. Camila Ventura and Jorge Fortun, launched the first PAAO-YO program in Cancun, Mexico. It was a huge success!
